You will need the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip to complete this form and to include in box.  Please print this page and fill out the following information and include it AND a copy of the packing slip in the same box.  If a box is damaged or too small you may put it inside another box, but you must include the original box.  Parts returned without the box, this form and packing slip copy are not accepted.  You must include all parts and any supplied paperwork or accessories.  Please print clearly.  Return it to:

Return Policy
Auto Parts Town parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged and are returned within 30 days of purchase. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of 15% ($10 minimum) on ALL returned parts.  Parts returned as used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address will receive no refund.  Parts that are returned as wrong parts or defective are subject to a full restocking fee. 

Please see the warranty page for information on handling warranty issues.  Parts returned as wrong part or defective will be subject to the rules above.  Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded.  Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded. No exceptions.  

Please do not call to check the status of your return as we are handling hundreds of inquires a day.  Please keep your tracking information, this is your proof of return.  If you do not hear from us in three weeks of sending your part, then email Sales@AutoPartsTown.com. Inquires before three weeks will not be answered.  We apologize for sounding harsh but we will get your return processed.
